At Medford Blooms, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our floral arrangements. Flowers are perishable items, and for this reason, our return and refund policy is outlined clearly below.
Perishable Nature of Flowers
All floral products sold by Medford Blooms are perishable. Our flowers are sourced from our own backyard gardens and/or trusted suppliers, and each arrangement is handcrafted with care. Because of their natural and perishable nature:
All sales are final
We do not accept returns or exchanges once flowers have been delivered or picked up
Quality Concerns
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you believe there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us evaluate the issue, we may request:
Clear photos of the arrangement
Order details (date, bouquet name, recipient name)
If we determine that the issue is due to a quality or handling error on our part, we may, at our discretion:
Offer a replacement arrangement, or
Provide a partial or full refund
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for the following:
- Natural variations in color, size, or bloom appearance
- Personal preference or change of mind
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
- Flowers not cared for properly after delivery
- Delays or issues caused by third-party delivery services once the order is handed off in good condition
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery
Same-day orders and last-minute custom orders cannot be cancelled.
