Welcome to Medford Blooms. By placing an order through our website or associated ordering platforms, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. About Medford Blooms
Medford Blooms is a delivery-only florist based in Medford, New Jersey. We do not operate a physical retail storefront at this time. All floral products are prepared at our workspace and delivered directly to customers.
Our flowers are sourced from our own backyard gardens and/or trusted suppliers, depending on availability and seasonality.
2. Orders & Payments
All orders must be placed online through our website or approved ordering channels.
Full payment is required at the time of order.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Once an order is placed, it is considered confirmed and subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Delivery Services
Medford Blooms is a delivery-only florist. All orders are delivered using trusted third-party delivery partners, such as DoorDash and similar services.
While we rely on these partners to physically transport your order, Medford Blooms remains your single point of contact for all delivery-related concerns.
We do our best to ensure timely and careful delivery of every order.
Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed, due to factors such as traffic, weather, recipient availability, and delivery-partner logistics.
If a delivery issue occurs (such as a delay, non-delivery, or damage during transit), customers should contact Medford Blooms directly, not the delivery service provider.
When appropriate, Medford Blooms will:
Issue a refund or replacement promptly, and
Work directly with our delivery partners to resolve the matter on the customer’s behalf.
Our goal is to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for our customers, even when circumstances are outside our immediate control.
4. Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing:
Accurate delivery address
Recipient name
Valid phone number (for delivery coordination)
Medford Blooms is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address details
Recipient unavailability
Gated communities or restricted access locations without instructions
Additional delivery fees may apply if re-delivery is required.
5. Substitutions & Seasonal Availability
Flowers are natural, seasonal products. While we strive to match the advertised arrangement as closely as possible:
Substitutions may be necessary due to availability or quality considerations
Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value, maintaining the overall style and color palette of the arrangement
6. Perishable Products
Flowers are perishable by nature. Proper care after delivery is the responsibility of the recipient. Medford Blooms is not responsible for deterioration due to:
Improper handling after delivery
Extreme temperatures
Delayed unpacking or watering

7. Cancellations & Modifications
Orders may be canceled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time
Same-day orders, custom arrangements, and peak-season orders may not be eligible for cancellation
Once preparation has begun, cancellations may not be possible
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of Medford Blooms and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Medford Blooms shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
